I have lost all of my PC progression.

I recently recovered my EA account, however when I logged in, my console stuff came over to pc, but my PC stuff disappeared. I had a season 15 arena pred badge, and 13k kills on wraith. However when i look up my account on apextracker, it still shows those things, but my actual account doesn't. I believe my data may be stuck or not able to transfer for some reason. Maybe they could re-force my account to cross progress?
