Javelin Anti-Cheat Error CHEAT AUTHENTICATION [4] cant enter games SteamWin11

Issue Summary:
The game launches successfully and reaches the main menu. However, the moment I attempt to connect to any session (Firing Range, Unranked Trios, etc.), I am returned to the main menu with the error: "The client is not running the anti-cheat, or has failed the anti-cheat authentication. [4]"

System Specifications:

  • Platform: Steam
  • OS: Windows 11 (Latest updates installed)
  • GPU: Nvidia (Drivers updated to the latest version)
  • TPM 2.0: Confirmed enabled and ready.
  • Secure Boot: Confirmed enabled via msinfo32.

Extensive Troubleshooting Already Completed (All Failed):

  • Confirmed TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are active in BIOS/UEFI.
  • Toggled Windows Memory Integrity (Core Isolation) off and on.
  • Completely uninstalled and reinstalled EA Javelin Anti-Cheat via the official installer (multiple times).
  • Verified the integrity of game files via Steam.
  • Ran Steam, Apex Legends, and the Javelin Installer as Administrator.
  • Toggled Windows Virtualization features (WSL, Virtual Machine Platform, Hypervisor Platform) off and on.
  • Disabled Hyper-V completely via Command Prompt (bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off).
  • Uninstalled VirtualBox and ensured Docker Desktop is fully stopped and closed.
  • Disabled all background applications (Malwarebytes, MSI Afterburner rivatuner malwarebytes discord steelseries sonar).
  • Cleared the EA App localappdata cache files.
  • Confirmed no virtual drives are mounted or running.
  • Flushed DNS via Command Prompt (ipconfig /flushdns).
  • Tested on a mobile hotspot to rule out local network/ISP issues.
  • Confirmed no RivaTuner or RTSS is installed on the system.
  • Checked for and removed any leftover dxgi.dll or version.dll files from the game directory.
  • Ended all residual ACE/AntiCheat background processes via Task Manager.

so whats left uninstall and reinstall? windows format? idk how it can break post new anti cheat when i did nothing changed nothing updated and suddenly unable to escape this issue

I use an EA processor; there’s no difference.

I have the same issue and no solution works. I’ve tried reinstalling the game, changing networks, resetting network settings, and repairing both the game files and the anti-cheat, but to no avail. The game simply won't start. Please help—I just topped up my account and can’t even play

I'm experiencing the same thing- nothing seems to fix the bug. Going to see if using EA client has better success
