lobby wont load

game launches just fine but the moment i try to go past the title screen apex freezes for aabout 2 or 3 minutes where it'll then load into the lobby if it loads in at all. But i can't access the store, legends, passes, challenges, or the event tabs and can't even get into the firing range before it crashes and gives me a code:net error. i have tried all the troubleshooting tips i could find and nothing works. yet on my girlfriends pc itll load just fine and not have any issues even though her specs are lower than mine.
