When I bought the pack the numbers didnt goes up.(I bought 3 pack already)

same here, bought the entire darn collection in one and didn't even get all the items. missing 2 and it still says 0/24.
Why they remove their own ea support chat transcript screenshot that I posted? I mean I didnt edit the post, but the second and third screenshot has been removed for no reasons?

I am not sure if they really want to fix the bug because they deleted my chat transcript screenshots for no reasons. They make me think that they want to destroy the evidence. Anyways, I think we should push them harder to let them fix their own bug.
yeah no i spent money on a service, if they cant refund me. then i expect them to give me what i was paying for.
Well. Unfortunately, I dont think they will """refund"""🤐 or compensate you. You know why? Because I already ask them and they cant even promise you will get any compensate much less "refund"(Nearly impossible). They only told you will make """a good news""" for you all. Maybe you wanna ask, what ** is "good news". Well, I dont know, bruh.
