MAJOR GAME BUG DOES NOT LET ME PLAY

UPDATE : THE ISSUE STILL REMAINS AFTER A WINDOWS RESET

Recently I have had issues with playing uninterrupted as the game keeps crashing and freezing on me. The two main things that are happening are pc reboots and game freezes, I cannot say why on these are happening as all normal checks are fine (specs, download and connection) however they keep happening after 2-5 minutes of in-game play time although I am unsure of the cause though hope it snit an issue with my device. The assumption I have is that it is a graphics card issue as I use a intel arc b580 and the recent driver updates have been bugging out the maps making areas glow a bright neon colour and so to stop that Ive had do go back to an older version. Unfortunately i cant attach any thing related as proof however for the glowing areas there is other complains online with images to see.

I have the same issue, I have already tried everything:
Setting the game to minimum settings
Disabling Steam and Nvidia overlays
Updating all drivers
Updating the BIOS
My specs: RTX 4060 Ryzen 7 5700x 32 GB RAM 2400

Other things Ive noticed is that it doesnt seem to affect me as much when I use MNK but does when on controller (main input). But i can use roller after a few mins on MNK in the match. It may somehow be tied to controller and steam input as i sometimes use it
also my specs : ryzen 7 9800x3d intel arc b580 32gb ddr5 6000mt
