Massive false bans due to a bug in Bot Royale mode

Hello, there appears to be a bug in Bot Royale which causes bans for players.

I personally haven't been a victim of this bug, but my friend was.

I especially feel bad about it because recently I brought two of my friends into Apex, and one of them (ironically, the one who was more passionate about the game) got banned in Bot Royale right after he bought his first Battle Pass.

Thanks for the report, however if your friend believes an action was taken incorrectly, please be sure to have him follow the steps in the thread you'd linked to appeal.

If there are issues with how the ban processes are being implemented at a larger scale, that will be reviewed alongside the appeals, thanks.
