Matchmaking Issues - Still a problem? Or something else?

Look at the attachements it was not even 2 or 3 min into the game and the other teams were going through kills like nothing. What is more it seems like every single time I get close to a kill some of my shots is not connecting (See video). this happened with every single situation in this particular match.

In the match just prior to that I had no issues.

Whats going? Are those guys cheating or is your matchmacking mechs still broken?
