Mirage Does Not Gain Evo

All Class evos types don't get counted for him. Had a game where i was using the renaissance man perk and never got any evo but my buddy was getting evo, then he did a support bin and I still didn't get any. Only was to evo up was through damage and evo cache. Then there was a Ranked Match my buddy was playing and wasn't getting it for the same reasons.
