missing content

Hi Apex gamers!

I have a bit of an issue with my account. So basically in 2023 I removed from Xbox to pc. And was around the time when cross progression came out. So all was fine with that. My stuff transferred over. Happy days. 

I then stopped playing apex for a bit so uninstalled the game. I eventually came back recently. And all my progress from my apex account is gone. And it’s fully rest me to the beginning.

anyone know how to fix this.

One picture is from my friend who took a picture on his Xbox of my profile. Which still shows all my stuff there. And the other picture is my Xbox account still being connected. 

I have spoke to ea live chat and they told me to ask the forum and wait for a managers reply. As they are going to do a thorough investigation.
