Missing Discord Quest Reward (Gundam Event) - Code Already Redeemed Error

Hi EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a bug regarding the recent Apex Legends x Gundam Discord Quest reward (Art Banner).

I successfully completed the quest on Discord and received my redeem code. However, I redeemed the code through the EA website instead of directly in-game. While the website indicated the redemption was successful, I never received the items in my account.

When I tried to enter the exact same code inside the in-game store, it gave me an "already redeemed" error, but the reward is still missing from my inventory.

I have attached screenshots showing my Discord quest completion and the code I received as proof. Could you please help me look into this and grant the missing reward to my account?
