Missing founders edition Items

I purchased the founders edition a while ago on xbox but the items from the pack get lost in cross progression:

When playing on my xbox all the items are there with no problems, but when playing on playstation (which is my main console now and has been for the last 2 years) only the founders badge is transfered across. This means I cant see or use the Hemlock skin, founders frames, and founders skins that came with it. I have tried favoriting/equipping the skins on my xbox but when I switch back to playstation they are nowhere to be seen and my banner is reset to the default banner. This is a real pain becasue they are some of the coolest skins and banners in the game and it sucks them being platform locked. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
