Not Authorizing

This happened to me last season too, and I honestly don't know what or why the problem got fixed when it did. But for some reason when I add money to my account, the money will be moved from my bank to steam, and then for some reason the authorization won't go through/finalize. I click authorize on the steam window, I can see all of the currency in the right of the Apex screen do its little "swoosh swoosh", implying its changed, and then the steam pop-up won't close (like how it normally does). And then every time I manually close the pop-up, there isn't anything changed, no money moved from my steam account, and no money in my Apex account. 

I would really love it if this could be fixed, if not fixed permanently, or at the very least I would love to know what could be causing this issue.
