Passes not viewable or working

I bought the ultimate battlepass and ash’s spotlight pass the day of season 25s launch. Since then I can’t view or progress any pass challenge, every time I try it either resets me back to the lobby screen or crashes my game. I’ve restarted my game several times, as well as my console. Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing has worked so far
