Unfortunately the "TOS team" you speak of is filled with automated responses and no clear investigation. I will continue to post and spread awareness as the the appealing system does not help with understanding a possible bug that is affecting others, only in appealing to the false positive you were issued. If you are able to raise more concern about this, it would only help the situation. Thank you

I understand what you are saying, however since bans can only be handled by the EA TOS Team, there isn't anything that can be done about it on the forums.
If you are able to raise more concern about this, it would only help the situation. Thank you
