I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the recent suspension of my account due to an alleged cheating violation. This decision is truly disheartening, especially because I have always played fairly and passionately supported your game.
I have previously reached out to EA to report the growing number of cheaters that have made it difficult to create fair and enjoyable content. Ironically, I now find myself accused of the very thing I have always stood against.
I would like to clarify that I stream my gameplay regularly and often play with a high ping, which may sometimes make my movements appear unusual. However, I assure you that I have never used any cheats or third-party software.
I have dedicated a lot of time and effort to this game — competing in ALGS tournaments, playing with several well-known Arab and international players, and building a community focused on clean, fair play. I even created an Arabic community aimed at fighting cheaters and improving the game’s reputation among Arab players.
I kindly request that you review my case once again. I am certain this ban is a mistake, and I hope you can see my genuine dedication and respect for Apex Legends. For the past three days, I have not even played, as I was spending time with family and friends.
