Hiya, I just had a customer on a support call with the same issue. They have a 14700K CPU, turning off hyperthreading in their BIOS resolved the issue.

    Oh ! My CPU is 12600K. Not Sure if that will help or safe to disable it. Apex Legends used to run like over 250 FPS without cap before this update.
