Spark bonus not updating. Again.

I'm experiencing a bug in Apex Legends where my Spark Bonus Meter does not increase after opening eligible Apex Packs.

The packs are consumed normally, but the Spark Bonus progress remains unchanged.

Same issue any news I believe I have been facing this bug since I reached Level 501 I stoped getting "SPARK BONUS" any news about how to fix this issue.

I've had this problem for almost a year ...

i've been opened a 20 pack trying to get the bonus twice but nothing happenning and the meter stayed on 0 in both times

Yes, I’m still having the same issue. I contacted EA Support about a week ago, but they weren’t able to provide a solution. They told me they would report it as a bug on my behalf and investigate it, then they closed my case. They also mentioned that if this turns out to be a widespread issue, it would likely be addressed and announced in a future game update. Unfortunately, my Spark Bonus meter is still stuck at 0/10 despite opening Apex Packs.
