This profile is not permitted to play online

Same here, its ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed

I have the exact same problem and have had for 6 months, I’m no longer able to play apex as this bug stops me from playing. 

Hello, just as an update, this bug is still occuring. However, if I spam the enter button for long enough I do tend do get in. This however, takes up to around 5 - 10 minutes, and sometimes doesn't work at all.

No there are no restrictions enabled. Something I do that lets me in occasionally is that once I've gotten this message, I quit and reload the game, and then wait for a minute or so before pressing A to enter. This doesn't work 100% the time. I think it might have something to do with having a slightly older console and not everything in the game loading correctly before I enter. 

MasterX787787​ I'm really sorry to hear that. Can you please confirm if, by any chance, VoIP and chat communication settings are restricted or disabled on your console settings before you boot up the game? This information should help us identify what could be causing this. 

Hello, I have been having the exact same problem on and off for a couple of months now. I have also tried all the other things that the original post tried. This is super disappointing. This is my partner and I's favorite game and it keeps getting disrupted. It is incredibly inconsistent on when it lets me in or not. And sometimes mid matchmaking kicks me out.
