Unable to purchase Apex Coins on PC

I was able to buy a $10 & $20 Apex coin bundle today through my Steam wallet but now it seems like I can't repurchase any coin bundles ($5-40$). Also am unable to unlock the Ultimate pass upgrade, I click authorize payment and nothing happens in game.
