Yeah, man, the community manager essentially only responds to the easy questions like "Oh my Apex Account is banned for no reason," and they will say "Oh forum is not the right place to discuss bans + copy paste the link to EA Support.".
Completely useless!
BTW, I submitted a ticket for the same issue on Dec 22nd, and didn't receive a single word from EA.
Also, the 4lawZzz above is my previous account, and I got banned lmao. I solely used that account for the forum and never played a single game with it. I don't know if it's because I talked about their crazy efficiency above, but I am gonna say again. Crazy efficiency! I have never ever experienced this before, a company that doesn't give a **bleep** about bugs. For Riot, this will be an easy patch note in a day or at least my ticket will be responded to within a day or two. Maybe instead of hiring a useless community manager, hire some customer service, no?
Again, if you think I violate your User Agreement / Terms of Sales, ban me, because you can't do **bleep** with cheaters, so the only thing you can do is ban me, who is telling the truth.
