Battlefield 6 does not launch and missing from EA App library

I am experiencing an issue with Battlefield 6. When I click Play, the anti-cheat launches and shows “Checking for updates”, then it says “Launching game”, but after that nothing happens and the Play button appears again. The game does not launch at all.
Additionally, Battlefield 6 does not appear in my EA App library, even though I have played the game before using this same account. I had already progressed in the game and reached around level 23, and I had unlocked several items (I don’t remember the exact details, but I definitely played on this account).
This issue started about 4 days ago, and before that the game was working normally.
I would like to add that I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately the issue still persists:
I created a backup of the game and restored it, but it did not fix the problem.
I then completely uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, with no success.
I disabled all background services, restarted the system, and then enabled them again, but the game still does not launch.
All my BIOS settings and system configurations are exactly as recommended by your support guidelines.
I also repaired the anti-cheat system, but the issue remains unresolved.
Despite all these steps, the game still fails to launch and continues to return to the Play button.
I would appreciate further investigation on your side, as this does not appear to be a local configuration issue.
