BATTLEPASS SCAM?

   Ive seen many people having the same issue that im currently dealing with not get any reslove to this issue. I purchased season 2 battle pass towards its end after fully completing all of the tiers, specifically so that i would have enough BFC to purchase season 3 pass as it was coming out soon. Sadly i have received not one single item from that purchase leaving me unable to get season 3 because i refuse to spend any money if i have to worry that what im purchasing isnt going to be available to me. I find the lack of anyone simply addressing this issue a bit disturbing.
