Black challenge rewards and missing unlocks after Wet Work update (PS5)
Since the recent Wet Work / Season 3 update on PS5, several of my REDSEC challenge rewards have become bugged.
The reward icons are displayed as black squares, and after completing the challenges, I do not receive the rewards. The challenge progress is tracked correctly, but the rewards remain locked or missing.
