Have had this issue since yesterday. EA does not care. They have zero human sources you can reach out to or submit a ticket to. Just a useless AI bot that can't do more than say "have you tried [solution that I already tried and hasn't worked]?" and redirecting you to "self-service tools" So essentially saying: "Too bad, figure it out yourself"
What a joke...
