Can't take actions against players with private profile

Was trying to report a player who had their profile set to private - this however proved to be impossible as I didn't even get the option to mute or anything, the actions menu didn't show up. 

I then went ahead and found them through the squad menu and went to their profile - where the only options I had was muting, friend request or send a message.. 

Being unable to report players with private profiles is a HUGE issue since a lot of cheaters tend to private their profiles as well.
