I'm having the same problem. I've played 100 hours with not problems then all of a sudden yesterday, it keeps crashing as you described. The EA app I think could be the problem as it constantly crashes after a few minutes or less. So between Dec 21-22 something updated that is causing the issue. I'm reinstalling the game as I type but I'm not confident this will fix anything. Help!
