Dog Tags and Statistics Not Updating (Critical Case)⚠️...Please🙏

Hello Battlefield Team,🙂🕹️

I would like to report an issue that seems to be affecting my Dog Tag statistics.
Currently, the counts simply aren’t updating;  even after countless aircraft kills and various achievements, the numbers shown remain unchanged. This applies to all Dog Tag categories, not just one specific type.

⚠️This is a critical issue for me, as I’ve dedicated a lot of time playing Battlefield, and tracking these stats has always been one of the most satisfying parts of the experience. They tell the story of my time in the game, and I’ve always admired Battlefield for maintaining such a detailed and meaningful stats system.

👉I want to emphasize that I’ve been playing only on official servers, and I’ve avoided using Portal until everything is technically well-defined, precisely to keep my profile clean and consistent.

If this issue is specific to my account, please investigate it.
If it’s a more general problem, I kindly ask that it be treated as a high-priority case, given how important the stats system is for the community.

👏Thank you for your attention and support. 🏆

  • The image below clearly shows how the system is supposed to work.
When the player reaches 40/40, the dog tag becomes fully unlocked and active , which means it should continue tracking the total number of times the objective is achieved.

In this example, the number 98 represents how many times I’ve successfully revived 5 teammates without dying.
Each time that condition is met again in a new match, the counter should increase 📈 (from 98 to 99, then 100, and so on).

However, even after completing the requirement multiple times since unlocking the tag, the number remains frozen .
This shows that the dog tag is active and unlocked, but the tracking system stops updating once the maximum tier (40/40) is reached.
It’s as if the counter simply “freezes” right after the unlock, even though progress continues to happen.

These numbers are not just statistics . They represent the player’s personal record, their dedication, and the milestones achieved over hundreds of hours of gameplay.

🎯 I know the Battlefield team has been working very hard and doing an amazing job improving the game.
I just wanted to bring attention to this issue because these stats are a core part of Battlefield’s identity.
They tell our story within the game and show what each player truly excels at.
Keeping these records accurate gives meaning to every match we play ❤️.
It’s not just about numbers… it’s about preserving our history as Battlefield players.

  • All my my dog tag totals have been sitting at the same number for at least 3 weeks. There is clearly a tracking issue. I wouldn't mind if there was a bit of a delay but it's starting to feel like I'm never going to see them move from their current totals which is really disappointing as it feels like my accomplishments in the game are not being acknowledged. I've also broken my marksman record only to see it not update on my profile, luckily I got an even better record the same night and that did update my profile.

This dog tag in particular seems to be tracking correctly for you though?

Dog tags are achieved in game by doing certain things (i.e. accolades) and this one (Field Surgeon) is achieved by getting 5 revives in a life. The dogtag is unlocked on your profile once you have received 40 of them in game.

I'm pretty sure the stat on the dogtag tracks your record, which in this case is 98 revives in a single life, rather than tracking how many times you have received the dog tag in game.

Yeah, some are records per round rather than overall tallies like my Countersniper dog tag that is still showing as "3" even though I know it's now closer to 300... lol

  • I got 23k tank damage with launchers in my last game, and my artilleryman dog tag has been frozen at 2,837 damage dealt for the better part of a month. It’s disheartening to see that I can’t show off my impressive anti tank abilities(with the help of my lovely support playing friend of course) and it takes lots of effort to get that much damage
