EOD/AA view bug in tank/plane view

I spent a majority of my game in the EOD bot on new map that came out with REDSEC. The EOD Bot has this view outline the edges of the screen, same as the AA vehicles. Upon deciding to switch to a tank, the view persisted. In first and third person I had a black edge around my screen. This also happened when I got into a plane. I do not have any proof of it happening in the plane but video won’t upload and screenshots are provided below. It came and went, and definitely is not the normal view.
