Heli and other spawn locations glitch

Hi, So ive been playing a while now (couple hundred hours) and I have been coming across a bug used to grief entire lobbies or servers because someone's ego is hurt. In short, they can place a AV mine (PTKM-1R) in the center of the spawn point for items like the heli. This causes the heli to never be able to spawn due to an obstacle and can't be removed by anyone but the person who placed it. I even had someone on the enemy team try to shoot it out to help us and it was blocked by base AA. 

I think a simple solution is a no gadget spawn zone within the heli and other vehicle spawn areas. Fixing this issue without interference with anything else.
