Have the same issue but it comes back to normal after some time but it could occur again after.
Also had same issue in BF2042 but it dissappears after CPU/RAM upgrade.
Ryzen 9 9900X, RX 7800 XT, 32GB DDR5 5600MT/s, NVMe PCI-e 4 Samsung. Graphics - perfomanse, upscale - none, AA - FSR
upd. on top of that I can't leave a party while this bug appears and only way to leave is Alt+F4
After some playthrough with Ryzen overlay got next numbers:
CPU Utilization: 70-80%
CPU Temp: 70-78C
GPU Utilization: 99%
GPU Temp: 50C
Also noticed that bug occurs in heat action with world destruction meanwhile playing as recon and shooting from long distances or in CQB-matches works totally fine.
