Laser Designator should not "permanently" paint targets

Agree that the time is way too long, especially if you can keep the target marked even without having visuals on it.
I like the idea of being able to paint multiple targets, but there should be a limit to the number of targets: Maybe 2 as a default and 3 with a certain perk or at very long ranges.
I also agree that not requiring to follow the target to paint it is a flaw, but I think being able to paint more than one target is ok, but one should at least need to keep the targets on the screen to keep them painted.
I think the visible laser is way too strong right now. Maybe narrow it down so you can see the laser only if you are looking straight towards the laser designator or something
