Laser Designator should not "permanently" paint targets

This is NOT a "Bug Report" you dingus, its not even a "Technical Issue" either. 

So which forum do you think your complaint actually belongs in?

It is if it's broken and right now you can paint everything and anything and they stay painted. I'd say it's pretty broken mechanic
