I lost all game progression after 54 hours of gameplay. Multiple tracked challenges lost, gun unlocks lost, the obvious level loss, camos lost. Restarting at level 1 as if I'm a new player even though I preordered and have played since launch.

If you haven't already, double check that you're logging into the right account. However, if that's not the problem then you'll need to contact EA Help for assistance, as nobody here can access accounts for security reasons.
