Lowering Challenge Weapon Requirements Locked Me Out of Weapons

Patch last week lowered requirements for several challenges, including Deadeye 2. Before the update I was at 115/150 200+ meter headshots, and 300/300 sniper kills. Not sure how much progress I had on Danger Close 1 but the QBZ-192 also says unlocked but can't be used on any classes. Issue has been going on for about a week, with a reinstall, multiple restarts, and multiple games played between now and then.
