Matchmaking -> game found -> loading black screen -> back to game menu

Hi! 

I just started to get this annoying bug after the winter update which doesn't allow me to play bf6. I'm pressing the matchmaking button doesn't matter the mode, it gives me the waiting time and when the game was found after the animation where the guy gets up, i get a backscreen like it's about to load the map but 5-10 sec later it gives me the bf6 loading sign and kicks me back to the main menu. I saw that other people mentioned this also and they advice to use vpn, with vpn does work but the next issue it's the 350 ping... Something like this honestly it's unacceptable, we spent that much so we can't play freely, we need 3rd party software to be able to join the match... 

I reinstalled the game, updated all my drivers, tried without the vpn and still doesn't work.
