matchmaking is bugged/rigged

i am on a 10+ loss streak in almost every game mode. i am always placed on the losing team.

i really dont like saying im the best player on the team but it really feels like the rest of my team is just sniffing glue & im the only person actually playing the game. it doesnt matter what game mode im in, i feel im always doing more than the rest of my team, who is just cowering in the back of the map and its starting to become a noticeable pattern.
