spoke to an agent now, absolutely no news on the fix. all she could say was “i reported it to the team”. there is no hope gents
I saw EA_Shepard replying to some posts on Steam, it would be nice if serious bugs like this one had the same acknowledgement. But oh well.
I also think they've seen this bug report, they're just not replying. Given the fact that they locked the other main thread about this bug. The funny thing is Latest Game Update Broke Matchmaking!!!!!! | EA Forums - 12808903 may have been locked but people are still reporting the bug by voting on it.
