Matchmaking not filling small modes with AI to start the round, Bot Quota issue

After the Update its unbelievably got worse, no changes to bot backfill as far as i can see and... Now matchmaking taking 3 minutes... so 3 minutes then load in wait another 3 for backfill and then see if the game will start from there if not quit out and try something else. This is getting so stupid now. Are we at Troll level here?  It just feels really disrespectful at this point.
