Missing “25 Tier Skip” from Phantom Edition (Steam purchase)

Hello,

I purchased the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition on Steam.
All Phantom Edition cosmetic rewards and the BF PRO status were delivered correctly, 
but the “25 Tier Skip” bonus was NOT applied to my Battle Pass.

This is not something I can fix on my side, because Battlefield 6 uses the new EA Embedded Login
system, which does not allow logging out or re-linking the EA account.
As a result, I cannot trigger a manual entitlement refresh.

Could you please manually apply the missing “25 Tier Skip” entitlement to my account?
I am attaching the required screenshots:

• Steam DLC list showing Phantom Edition  
• Battle Pass screen showing 0 tier skips
