MISSING Season 3 Battlepass Coins + Game Freezing

Hi,

Sadly have an couple of issues to raise. I play Battlefield 6 on the Xbox Series X currently and have played all Battlefields since the release of the BF series on Playstation many years ago. This is the first time of really come across a key issue in the background, normally in game issues with guns not working or a gadget. Anyways onto my issue, I have purchased BF PRO each season and have completed the season each time and been credited with the correct coins each time. Sadly not the case this time.

Recently finished SEASON 3 but sadly have only been allocated 800 coins out of the total 1100 that you can receive even though all boxes are marked completed, so not sure why.

I have noticed though the last few days of playing since last thursday 16th July alot of Dice Error's coming up in big red boxes bottom right of entering new servers but they disappear after about 5 seconds so I fail to get the information to pass on. Also experienced alot of game freezes and even the game taking me back to the dashboard on a few occasions. Something is not right that is for sure. 

Please can you sort the allocation of coins for me as the NEW season is about to begin.
