Missing Twitch Items + Beta Reward

got the same issue, the ea support is useless

Same issue they said I linked account after drops. Twitch showed claimed tho, what wouldn't be possible without link. My account is linked ages ago. I'm tho only missing beta twitch rewards. Everything else I got.

I am also missing only the beta twitch drop rewards from august, i gave ea support screenshots proving that the account was linked because twitch doesn’t let you claim drops for ea without linked account, and i told them i logged into twitch/EA though the linked xbox account to link it, and it told me it linked. so imagine my shock when i didn’t get the imperial soldier skin and all they had to tell me were scripted messages or broken english showing they weren’t actually reading/comprehending what i was telling them.

they should just email all of us a code to claim those twitch drops since apparently according to their own support, they don’t have the power to fix this or give you the drops, they can only give you ‘fixes’ that don’t work, send scripted paragraphs not addressing what you said, and then closing the case as solved when it clearly isn’t resolved.

i got every other twitch drop since then, just not the beta twitch drops.

EA_Leeuw​ could you possibly provide guidance here? I'm unsure if you're able to look at my cases regarding this on-going issue but, if need be, I can provide the guidance I received from EA Support in reference to posting on the forums and reaching out to the community manager.

Update:

I can't seem to pull the entire EA Support Chat comments in my now-closed case. If and once I'm able to do so, I'll upload the conversation with the different agents. I've attached my two prior twitch event drops that are still missing in-game.
