Also have this unplayable bug. Acer Nitro 5 with AMD 5600H and RTX 3060 on Steam.

Tried the following popular things but none of them work :

  • turned off all overlays (steam, nvidia, discord) and bf6 performance monitor.
  • switching Steam Friends to Offline.
  • Microsoft Exploit Protection override everything to off for EA anticheat exe file.
  • mouse polling rate from 500hz to 125hz
  • Switching mouse raw input to off
