My current issues with BF6
Some of these are bugs, while others are features missing or my personal experiences/recommendations that should be added to the game.
- Music sounds lackluster & weak. Give me my BF1 style vibes back.
- Menu UI is clunky, messy & feels outdated. Navigation sounds are jarring. Thankfully you can turn the sounds off, but I shouldn't have to.
- Menu options need to show what each setting does instead of trying to decipher some of the definitions.
- Need to get rid of the annoying glitch FX when changing gear in the menus.
- Need a firing range for vehicles/aircraft to tweak settings, instead of joining a game & bottom fragging.
- Server browser needs to be proper like it was in BF4 & BF1. The filtering is atrocious. And we can't favorite servers.
- Dynamic camera drop-in when spawning from the big map to the field is missing.
- Need WAY more larger scale maps. 8 out of 9 at launch are small.
- No night maps & no dynamic weather FX.
- Need levelution back like BF4.
- No meat grinders.
- Would like 128 players back. If done correctly on true large scale maps, it will give that chaotic & intense feeling back.
- Ladders & the sledge hammer are more gimmicks than anything.
- Some challenges need to be re-worked. Completing certain tasks are barely achievable even with optimal conditions.
- Hit registration / Bloom is still an issue after the beta. The dispersion of bullets on certain weapons need to be addressed.
- Critical mission failure needs to be later in a match or removed entirely. Bring back the Behemoth system or something similar to allow the losing team to have a fighting chance.
- Add an option to remove DoF when ADS on a weapon. Currently, only way to do this is to input an engine command.
- Thermal scopes have pixelated vision when ADS on weapons.
- Some weapon attachments don't save even when clearing the "Favorites". Such as the SGX SMG given for free with pre-applied attachments. After playing a round, you have to keep removing the laser.
- Campaign is generic slop.
