Same, no compensation. Phantom Edition bought over EA APP with the problems of day 1 and the support send me here, they say that i'm not elegible for compensation without explication, i'm forcing to have an explication or my compensation.
I'm still writing to support and they say to continue over dossier chat but i don't have the chat in my dossier, only the button to close and i don't click on it.
