One of the Aerial Replenish Station is Not Working on Golmud Escalation

The aerial replenish station shown in the image  is not working for the jet only when you're assigned for the Pax Armata. 

Aerial replenish station over the HQ works correctly for both NATO and Pax Armata jets. The second one only works for NATO.
