Player Rank Resetting to Level 166

I'm playing on Xbox Series X, and my EA/Xbox gamertag is ULTRAturbo611.

I'm experiencing an issue where my player rank keeps resetting to Level 166. I'll earn XP and appear to level up during gameplay, but my rank eventually resets back to Level 166. The issue persists even after restarting the game and my console.

This has been happening consistently, and it appears that my account progression is no longer saving correctly.

Could you please investigate my account and help restore normal progression?

Update:
I wanted to add some additional information.
My progression is saving normally while I'm Level 166. I continue to earn XP, and the XP bar fills as expected.
However, the moment I reach Level 167, my account immediately resets back to Level 166. This happens every time without fail.
I'm playing on Xbox Series X, and my gamertag is ULTRAturbo611.
This doesn't appear to be a visual issue—the game simply will not let my account progress beyond Level 166.
