Players are still getting accurate kills, while running, jumping, and spinning

Not every game, and usually not more than 1 player in a match.  I've seen it work for both my team as well as the opponents.  I thought EA fixed that after the Beta, but either one of the patches undid the fix, or players have found a way around it.  Regardless, it is happening.  Please fix.  Thanks.
