Portal Gadget Restriction Logic Bugs - not being disabled/enabled properly

Doing a verified game mode with gadget restrictions, the following bugs are present from within the Portal GUI website

Field Dummy No.25 under "Deployable Gadgets" - Enabling/Disabling this does nothing
Missing option to disable/enable Smoke Grenades
Tarantula ALX (Assault Ladder) under "Deployable Gadgets" - Enabling/Disabling this ONLY enables/disables the Recon Decoy (Field Dummy No.25). It has no impact on the assault ladder
PTKM-1R (auto air mine thing for Engineers, acoustic mine) - Enabling/Disabling this impacts TWO gadgets. Enabling/Disabling this will not only enable/disable the acoustic engineer mine. It will ALSO enable/disable the assault ladder. So both these gadgets are being enabled/disabled by the same thing.
