Scoreboard/chat window stuck on screen and cant do anyting aaaaaaaand more

It happened more time than it should when I check the scorboard and try to interact with it its gets stuck on the screen and the only way to "fix" it is to Alt+F4. Now if you have this mid game kiss ...

This was 3 months ago... No way! this just happened to me, this is like the third time it happens, so I gave up chat Window, unbind all the keys that uses chat, and then ppl ask me why I don't buy this game, well I don't buy broken stuff!
