Spawn protection issue

Spawns are not protected whatsoever, C-ram is supposed to shoot down enemy vehicles attacking our spawn. Match after match getting planes or helicopters flying into spawn and mowing down our vehicles, just sitting there. Firestorm I have had jets fly in and immediately destroy our jets that spawned late because for some reason one team gets them 2 minutes sooner. The maps are too dang small to not have something preventing spawn camping and vehicle destruction before even leaving the spawn pad. Jets are just ramming any helicopter that spawns and sometimes don't even explode. Some maps don't even let one team have air support at all. Heavily infuriating and makes me not want to play. I wish i could have clipped the many times i have had this happen, however this game takes up most of my space and i cannot clip anymore...
